1. Terms of use of the site


We appreciate your visit on the website, website created, owned and managed by ETALON ETALON SECURITY SRL, based at Cetatea de Balta, Nr. 112-114, bloc 7, apt 46,  Sector 6, Bucharest, 060973, registered at the Trade Register Office under the number J40/941/2002, with VAT reg. no. RO 14444674, hereunder referred to as 'ETALON VOYAGE' - trademark registered under number M2015/002908.

The information on this website should only be used by the person or entity to whom it was addressed. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or distribution of the information contained in this website is strictly prohibited.

It is also strictly prohibited to interfere with the security elements of the site, sending vulgar or discriminatory material or comments related to social status, race, ethnicity, political beliefs, religion, sex, pornographic material or related to child abuse, violation of Romanian and international laws.

The user has financial responsibility for all transactions made in his account or name. The user must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to initiate legal actions. The user guarantees the validity of the data provided. The user will not use the website for speculative purposes and will not generate false or fraudulent bookings.

Any attempt to access personal data of another user, to modify the content of the web-site or to affect the performance of the server, it will be considered an attempted fraud and will lead to the criminal investigation against the user (s) who tried this action.


The entire content of this website, including texts, images, symbols, graphics, software and other data, is the property of Etalon Security SRL  and its Suppliers, being protected by the Law for the protection of copyright and the laws on intellectual and industrial property. The use without the written consent of Etalon Security SRL of any items listed above is punishable according to the laws in force.

Users can send reports, comments, suggestions, photos (in which case they become the property of Etalon Security SRL) to the email address

2. General conditions for booking and purchasing services on the website


Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the legal effect of these terms and conditions, which may be modified and posted on our website at any time and without prior notice.

By making a reservation with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You also confirm that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Service from our company will be correct. You are fully responsible for any consequences that result from the fact that the details you provided are not correct.

Etalon Security SRL  (referred to in the contract as Etalon Voyage, the carrier, the agency, “we” or “our/our " may change these terms and conditions from time to time and may post the new version on our website, after which any use of our website will be governed by the new version. The terms governing the purchase and use of any service will be the terms established at the time of your order.

Failure by either party to comply with a right or appeal under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or appeal.

We have made every effort to ensure that this agreement fully complies with the laws of Romania. However, we cannot confirm that this agreement is suitable or available for use in locations outside Romania. Should any provision or term of these Terms and conditions become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that term or provision shall be removed, but the rest of the provisions shall continue to have full effect.

This contract has been drawn up in both Romanian and English. If there are debatable provisions, the Romanian version of the Travel contract must be considered as a reference.

Unless otherwise provided for in this agreement, if there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other terms and conditions on our website or documents, this Agreement shall be deemed valid.

For any debates or questions not covered by this agreement, the laws of Romania shall take effect.

These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, any instructions regarding the order form and payment methods, if any, supersede all other terms and conditions that previously applied to the use of our website and/or the sale of the Service.

3. Contracting parties

These Booking Conditions cover all bookings made through our website, including bookings made directly through our distributors or agents.

The travel agreement is established between the Client and Etalon Security SRL. The agreement is valid from the moment the booking confirmation is sent to you.

We may transfer or subcontract any or all our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time.

Our services are provided for personal use only. The agreement between you and our company is a consumer contract. Accordingly, we accept no liability for any business loss caused by unsatisfactory fulfillment of your order for our Service.

If you make reservations through a travel agent, please note that you do not have a valid contract with us until full payment and that all necessary data have been received for the successful fulfillment of your order.

If the reservation has not been made by the Customer but by another person or the reservation has been made for more than one customer, we assume that all customers agree to provide us their personal data and make a statement to accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

 We will do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on our website are accurate, but unfortunately there are errors and we reserve the right to rectify such errors before confirming your reservation.

4. Our services

Our company offers:
rental services for buses, minibuses, cars with driver for domestic and international transport   
tourist circuit
day trip
airport transfer

events (conferences, seminars, sports competitions, concerts, parties, weddings
work trips
school trips
daily transport of employees to and from the workplace
standard/custom private tours.

Private tours/excursions are organized at the client's request. In this case, you will not travel with other tourists in the same vehicle and you will be the sole beneficiary of the services.

If you book a private tour, you will be picked up from the hotel or from the address and time you indicated when you made the reservation and are mentioned in your confirmation.

Our standard tours are organized on the open days and hours of the visited objectives (castles, palaces, monuments, museums etc.) and we do our best to ensure that they will be open to visitors at the arrival time, but we are not responsible if these objectives are closed to visitors for unforeseen reasons and without prior notice during the tour.

The prices of our tours do not include entrance fees to the objectives visited (except those specified in the tour description). Entrance is optional and fees will be paid by the customer at the ticket office.

5. Order and Payment

Within one working day you will get the offer by email. If you have not received the offer, please check in Spam or call us.

The application must include: the number of people, the car chosen, the route as complete as possible, the number of days, the daily schedule, your name, phone and email.

Bus availability and price offer are valid until a deadline specified in the reply.

One should make the reservation in advance, about 3 weeks in advance during the tourist season and 2 weeks in advance off season.
After determining the transport details (route, schedule, number of drivers, fare) you will receive the invoice. The reservation shall be made by paying a deposit of at least 30% or by paying in full, this option belongs to you.

In case of an advance payment, the payment difference shall be paid at least 5 days before the date of travel.

For trips that have the price shown, specify this.

Payment can be made:

- by bank transfer
- online by card

For speed choose online payment by card. To make this, after you mention this and communicate the billing data, you will receive a link to make the payment, an advance or in full depending on your choice.
Important: email address and phone number must be correct.

Payment by bank card
If you choose the option "Payment by debit/credit card", it is necessary to fill in the form with details about your card. For payments with Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard (Mastercard/Maestro).

we use the “3-D Secure” system developed by these organizations that provide a high level of security for online transactions. “3-D Secure " ensures that no information about your card is transferred or hosted at any time on our servers, and the information is transmitted only in Visa and MasterCard systems. Moreover "3-D Secure" is an identity authentication system. The authentication process is based on the security code known only to the holder and takes place only on Visa and MasterCard servers. “3-D Secure " allows online shopping with any Visa and MasterCard card, including debit cards, electronic cards (Visa Electron and Maestro). Even virtual cards issued by these organizations are accepted.

If you try to make a reservation with a credit card that does not have sufficient funds, has expired or you are not the owner of the card, you will be liable for all fees and consequences of this operation.

We will not be liable for any losses and expenses you may have unless you notify us if your confirmation has not been received. Only customers with valid bank or credit cards can make payments.

6. Order confirmation

The reservation is made by advance payment or full payment.

For reservations made successfully, our company will send you a confirmation email. Read this carefully, as it contains important information about your reserved services. If you have not received the confirmation message, please check the spam or junk or bulk files on the email and, if you still do not have the confirmation email, please contact us.

We will not be liable for services that have not been performed since customers have not used the included information to solve their problem, regardless of the cause.

7. Modification, Cancellation

a. Modification, cancellation at the initiative of the passenger
Changing the transport details implies cancelling the order made and initiating another order.
We will do our best to provide you with a solution for your modified booking details, but we cannot guarantee that all variation requests will be accepted.

All cancellations will be sent by email to, cancellations will not be accepted by phone.

The following cancellation policy will apply:
* Free of charge for cancellation up to 21 days inclusive until the start date of the activity
* Refund of 50% of the price paid for cancellation between 21 days and 11 days before the trip
* Non-refundable for cancellation between 10 days before the trip and on the day of the trip.

b. Cancellation of the transfer, modification by our initiative
We reserve the right to refuse any order submitted by you.

If we have to cancel your reservation, we will send you an e-mail to notify you as soon as possible. An alternative can be offered.

If the service had to be cancelled or modified due to force majeure events (unforeseen circumstances or not under our control), we will do our best to inform you as soon as we can. However, in such cases, we cannot take responsibility for any losses you may suffer.

If our company cannot provide you with the service you ordered due to the fault of our employees or suppliers, we will refund the price you paid for the service you ordered. In this case, our liability will be limited to the price of the booked service.

8. Prices

For all reservations customers must pay the prices listed on our website at the time of booking. If these prices change between the date of booking and the date of travel in any way, this price difference has no effect on the valid reservations and serves no reason for any claim.

9. Transport

 a. General rules
ETALON VOYAGE rents cars only with driver and does not sell tickets on any route.

Valid identity cards or passports are required for traveling abroad.

For your safety do not talk to the driver while he is driving.

Passengers must remain seated with seat belts fastened when the minibus/coach is moving, there is a risk of injury if the driver changes speed, brakes or stops suddenly. Passengers using the wash cabin/toilet do so at their own risk.

The sanitary cabin shall be used only for real emergency cases, the bus stopping at a predetermined interval.

The stops of ETALON VOYAGE vehicles shall be made only in specially arranged places, gas stations, parking lots.

The driver/drivers who drive minibuses/coaches with more than 9 seats are required by law to observe the driving and rest times according to EC Regulation 561/2006. These vehicles are limited to a maximum speed of 100 km/h according to the law.

We advise passengers not to bring food on board, which causes discomfort to other passengers. We also recommend not to bring hot drinks.

Light hand luggage (purses, bags) shall be stored above the head, bottles and heavy objects shall be stored only in the specially arranged place in the back of the seat or under the seat.

In the bus there are icons showing the safety exits, extinguishers, hammers and First Aid Kit.

During the bus stop outside the working hours, passengers shall not remain in the bus.

Valuables, money and travel documents shall not be left on the bus.

Pay attention to the stairs and the upper limit when getting on or off the bus.

For safety reasons, smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages or use of forbidden substances is prohibited in the vehicles used.

b. Children as passengers
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you are travelling with children, please specify their age at the time of booking to benefit from the car seat. According to the legal regulations in force the use of the car seat for children is mandatory.

Our company can provide free children seats. Parents can opt for their own car seats to ensure safety standards.

We do not charge our customers for carriage of strollers and bay carrier baskets on the passenger list. Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with access luggage, including, but not limited to, strollers, baskets or other oversized items. This is to ensure that the vehicle is spacious enough for your luggage. If you do not notify us at the time of booking, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for transporting these items.

c. Passengers with physical disabilities
People with locomotor disabilities in wheelchairs can travel with a vehicle for this purpose, equipped with lift platform for ascent-descent and seat anchoring systems (Mercedes Sprinter, Motor Vehicles-Minivan section).

We do not charge our customers for the transport of equipment (e.g. wheelchairs) required for disabled passengers.

d. Pets
Our policy is to accept pets on board vehicles.

If you wish to travel with your dog or other pets, please contact our customer service.

Dogs for the blind people have a special status and we are fully aware of their role

e. Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse transportation to any person (both before and during tours) who:
is noticeably under the influence of alcohol or drugs
has an infectious disease
tries to smoke or drink alcohol in the vehicle
would pollute the vehicle with clothing or luggage
whose behavior is disruptive in any way and/or impairs the safety of passengers or the driver of the vehicle
acts in any way that is prohibited by the laws of Romania.

If we must refuse to provide you with the booked service for any of the above reasons, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you or for you as a result of us doing so.

f. Luggage
The vehicles were designed to carry a medium-sized luggage per person. If you wish to travel with luggage that exceeds this limit in size and/or quantity, please inform us at the time of booking. If you fail to do so, we cannot guarantee that your luggage will be transported, as the capacities of our vehicles are limited.

If you wish to travel with additional size or shape luggage (e.g. certain sports devices and musical instruments), please contact our customer service immediately after booking to ensure you receive a suitable vehicle.

We do not charge our customers for carriage of strollers and bay carrier baskets on the passenger list, or wheelchairs and similar devices of our passengers. Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with access luggage, including, but not limited to, strollers, wheelchairs or other oversized items. This is to make sure that the vehicles are spacious. If you do not notify us at the time of booking, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for transporting these items.

We do not take responsibility for damage or loss of luggage only under the legal conditions after findings of the authorized bodies.
Objects forgotten in vehicles remain in our custody for 8 weeks. If you want to deliver your items to your address, please note that the cost of the delivery will be charged.

10. If you have a complaint
If you want to report a problem that you have encountered with the service provided, please inform us by sending an e-mail with all the details.

Please note that any complaints must be received in writing to our email address within 28 days from the date of your return booking.

Failure to communicate your complaint within 28 days greatly affects our ability to investigate the content of the complaint and therefore we cannot accept complaints for services later than 28 days.

Please note that our liability for unfulfilled services is limited to the amount paid!

We will not be liable for any claim arising out of any event or circumstance that we or the service provider(s) concerned could not anticipate or prevent. This may include (but is not limited to) a force majeure event.

We cannot accept any liability for reasonable or unavoidable delays caused by the nature of our services (e.g. traffic conditions).

11. Privacy Policy
Etalon Security SRL is an operator which, due to its activity, manages information about individuals.

To process your reservation, we must collect certain personal details from you. These will include, as appropriate, the names, addresses and telephone numbers of passengers, credit/debit card or other payment details and special requirements, such as those relating to any disability or medical condition that may affect the chosen reservation. To process your order, we may share your information with suppliers or other third parties involved. We will provide only the personal identification information necessary to ensure the successful completion of travel arrangements.

Etalon Security SRL understands to carry out all processing activities both for a purpose well determined and related to its activity, but also circumscribed to a corresponding legal justification as follows:

conclusion of an Agreement for the marketing of service packages, either from the agency's headquarters or through online purchase
subscription to Etalon Voyage newsletter through which we will send transport offers/excursions, commercial communications regarding promotions and campaigns carried out by Etalon Security SRL, independently or in collaboration with one or more partners, etc.;
managing the relationships with customers, partner merchants and users of products and services, through the account created on the website;
providing answers in case of filling out the contact form;
participation in competitions and campaigns organized online by Etalon Voyage;
conducting analyses on website navigation and user interactions with the website.

In the context of the personal data processing we inform you that you have the following rights:
(i) the right to information [i.e. the right to receive details of the processing activities carried out by Etalon Security SRL, as described in this document],
(ii) the right of access to data and the right to obtain confirmation from Etalon Security SRL regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details of the processing activities;
(iii) the right to rectification, i.e. the right to obtain the rectification by Etalon Security SRL of inaccurate data, as well as the completion of incomplete data;
(iv) the right to delete data ("right to be forgotten") unless there are legal provisions to the contrary [to the extent that the conditions provided by law are met – it is possible that, following the request to delete the data, we anonymize these data (thus depriving them of their personal character) and continue in these conditions the processing for statistical purposes];
(v) the right to restrict processing [to the extent that the conditions laid down by law are fulfilled];
(vi) the right to data portability, respectively (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured way, commonly used and in an easy-to-read format, and (ii) the right that these data be transmitted by Etalon Security SRL  to another data controller, to the extent that the conditions provided by law are met;
(vii) the right to object - regarding processing activities carried out for direct marketing purposes, including profiling activities, the right to object may be exercised at any time by sending a request to the email address:
(viii) the right not to be subject to an automatic individual decision (i.e. the right not to be subject to a decision taken solely based on automated processing activities); and
(ix) the right to address the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data or to the competent courts, to the extent deemed necessary.

You can exercise your right of access, the right to rectification, the right to data deletion ("right to be forgotten"), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to intervention, the right to object and the right not to be subject to an automatic individual decision by sending Etalon Security SRL  a written application (in  material/electronic format via e-mail You will attach a legible copy of your ID to the application.

In the event that you provide us with personal details regarding any special requirements and/or details regarding any illness, disability, you agree that this information will be passed on to any organization or companies responsible for any part of your trip.
We will not transmit any information to any company and/or organization that is not responsible for providing any part of the travel arrangements.

The information may also be provided to the authorities, according to the law. Etalon Security SRL processes personal data provided voluntarily by you for the provision of goods and services as well as for advertising, marketing and advertising purposes.

If you make a successful reservation with us, we are entitled to assume that you do not object to any of the things mentioned above, even if we have not notified you in advance; if you have any objections please send them in writing to
